You can now set a flat fee commission for your appraisers in the Fees & Costs area of an appraisal!

To do this, go to the order details page for any order you want and simply add or edit a fee as you typically would. Next to the Commission line you will see a blue box with a % icon, click this to reveal the $ option, which represents the flat fee. 

Click on the $ to switch from a percentage, enter the flat fee amount into the Commission line, click Save, and that's all there is to it!
