Now that NVS and Anow have partnered together, as a member of the NVS panel, you have the opportunity to accept orders directly from NVS in Anow and work on them from anywhere - your office, house, out in the field, or even from your car.
When you login to Anow, look to the left side for your Order Desk:
Click Pending to see any new, incoming orders that have been assigned to you, but you haven’t yet accepted:
Simply click on the NVS name from the left panel under Pending to reveal all assignments from NVS:
Select order you want to accept, and it will switch to an “Accepted” badge:
Once you accept the order in Anow, there’s no need to also accept it on the NVS vendor portal - it’s already communicated back to NVS.
You can click on the order in Anow to see ALL of the details automatically provided, and you can be confident everything is synced between NVS and Anow including: Inspection date, change to inspection date, and expected delivery date. You can edit and adjust the information as you need in Anow, but you can also update the NVS appraiser panel if there is a conditional acceptance that comes in (this will be available in Anow in a few weeks).
The order will also appear on your main dashboard in the list of all your appraisals you have in Anow. Going to the appraisal details page for this new order from the dashboard, you’ll see everything you need right in front of you.
