When you work on appraisals, over time, there might be certain clients you prefer working with and vice-versa. This is where the Approval and Preferred Lists come in! Keep reading to find out more πŸŽ‰

Each appraiser in Anow will have a dedicated Approval List in their User Profile where they can easily track which clients they are most and least likely to work with.

This will also help when assigning appraisers to orders using the Advanced Assignment system.

To access or create your approval list, go to the User section in your Anow account and go to the tab that says Approval List, between Coverage and Notes.

When you're redirected to the Approval List page you'll see 3 options on your screen:

  • Preferred

  • Approved

  • Do Not Use

These are the various lists of clients that an appraiser is associated with, or not allowed to work with for several possible reasons such as business process, location or previous relationships.

On the right side of the page, you will find the three statuses (Preferred, Approved, Do Not Use) that are set for the appraiser and each client.

By default you're approved for every client. You can mark clients as Preferred with the star icon. This will put you in the Preferred List for that client when it comes time to assign the order.

Click here for more information on the Advanced Appraiser Assignment tool.

Alternatively, if there's a reason you don't want to work with a particular client or vice-versa, you can click the "X" by their name to make sure you're on the Do Not Use list for this particular client.

Please Note: Due to security reasons, only users with Admin style roles can set or change an appraisers approval statuses.
