The updated Create New Appraisal form can now be customized to help you save time and reduce unnecessary data entry. You can pick and choose the fields you use most frequently to appear in the form. In just 4 easy steps you can have your personalized form set up and ready for use!
The first step is to click the blue "+ New Appraisal" button on the right-hand side of your main Appraisal Dashboard. This will open the new appraisal form.
Next, select the "Configure Fields" button to reveal a drop-down list.
In the drop-down you will see an option to show All the fields available, or a Custom number of fields that are the most used in your day-to-day business. If you would like to set up a custom Create New Appraisal form, simply click Custom next to Show Fields (shown below).
All that you have left to do is select which fields you wish to see each time you open the Create New Appraisal form! Any fields with a blue checkmark next to them will be included in your personalized new order form.
The custom fields you want to see in your order form can be adjusted at any time by following the exact same steps we just outlined. You can also choose to switch back to the default Create New Appraisal form by clicking All next to Show Fields in the drop-down.
