Good question! The following is a break down of all of our current user roles. The creator of your Anow account is automatically assigned as an Admin Appraiser and the Owner of the account.
These roles can be changed at anytime by editing a user in the team section and selecting a different role from the dropdown.
This role has complete access to your account. They can view all files, financials, and edit company details. They can also be assigned to appraisals. This is also the default role for the person who registered the company.
Admin roles have access to all files and company details. However, this account won't show up in appraisal assignment lists or appraiser statistics.
Assistant roles have access to all files and company details, except but cannot access the Analytics section. Appraisals can't be assigned to Assistants.
Appraiser accounts have access only to the files that were assigned to them, or where they have been assigned as a reviewer. They cannot view other appraiser's files or company financials.
Slightly different than a regular appraiser account. Appraiser 2 accounts have full access to all company files on the appraisal dashboard and can view/edit them as needed. They cannot view company financials or account settings.
Appraiser 3 accounts have read-only access to the files assigned to them as an appraiser or reviewer. They can complete tasks, add notes, upload files, and adjust appointment times.
Restricted appraisers have access only to the files that were assigned to them. They cannot add new appraisals or view pricing, analytics, clients or comparables.
Data Entry allows a user access to everyone's appraisals, but they do not get access to analytics, or individual appraiser's commission %'s. They can add, edit and modify appraisals and schedules, but have limited access to fees.
