If you want to be able to search for a specific appraisal by the year the property was built, by the associated loan number, or by any other relevant pieces of information, the Tags section is the answer you're looking for!

On the Appraisal Details page for any order you've entered into Anow, you will see the following Tags field located just underneath the Fees & Costs area. 

Here, you can enter any information you'd like, including numbers, special characters and keywords.  

Now, whatever you've entered into the Tags section will be searchable from the Main Appraisal Dashboard, which will help you quickly narrow down your search results!
