If your credit card expires, or something happens and your bank does not allow the charge to go through, you will receive an e-mail notifying you. There is a 10-day grace period to talk to your bank, credit card, or update your billing information in Anow. You will receive a total of 3 reminder emails, and after that your subscription will automatically deactivate. To ensure this doesn't happen, please call our support line at 1-800-403-4121 to fix up your billing information.
