Using efficient GPS and routing algorithms, Anow can help you assign the right appraiser for the job, every time.

When you login to your online portal, select the + New Request button and enter a subject address, you can easily and effectively assign orders out to your in-house appraisal team, or explore coverage opportunities nationwide.

Schedule The Inspection Time-frame

At the top of the map scheduling view (after you've entered a new request for a subject address), there are filters for when you want this inspection to take place. The time you select here will impact the results shown in the My Panel and Explore sections when looking for a relevant assignee for the job.

My Panel

See Nearby Appointments and Nearby Companies in your network and in-house appraiser panel that are compatible with the subject address you've entered. These results appear in real-time!

Please note that any companies you've added to your Network (click here for more details) will be included in these results.

You will see nearby appointments and companies based on the location and chosen time-frame for the inspection. Search, sort and filter results to narrow down potential assignees.

Select any of the listed appointments or companies to assign the order and request an inspection time.

Explore

Explore coverage opportunities outside of your appraiser panel and company network to get even more orders out the door.

Similar to the My Panel section, you will see nearby appointments and companies outside of your Network in a map-view, based on the location and chosen time-frame for the inspection.

Anow Pro Tip: Sort companies in the Explore panel by Distance or by Name:

Select any of the listed appointments or companies to assign the order and request an inspection time (where applicable).

Auto-Assign Feature

Want to assign orders even faster?

Selecting the blue Auto Assign button will automatically match you with a nearby assignee that can take on the order. You can even pick an inspection time that works best for you based on the order requirements.
