How to Export RPTI Files to SFREP Appraise-It Pro UAD 3.6

This guide walks you through exporting order data from Anow as an RPTI file for direct import into SFREP’s Appraise-It Pro software.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Step 1: Open the Order; Log into Anow, navigate to your main dashboard, and open the desired appraisal file.

  • Step 2: Generate the Export; Click the Export to dropdown button near the top of the order page and select SFREP Appraise-It Pro (.RPTI).

  • Step 3: Save the File; Save the generated .rpti file to your preferred location on your computer.

  • Step 4: Import to Appraise-It Pro; Launch Appraise-It Pro, select File > Open Report, choose the .rpti file you downloaded from Anow, and confirm the import.
