What’s New in Anow for August 2026: Platform Updates & Improvements

We’re back with another round of updates designed to speed up your workflow, improve form exports, and make managing your appraisal business even easier. Here is what’s new:

🛠️ Form Software & Integrations

  • SFREP Export Available to Everyone: SFREP export capabilities are now unlocked for all users! We’ve also updated the export window and tracking to make moving data into your form software seamless.

  • Anow Mobile App released: You can now download the Anow Mobile app for Appraisers via the app stores - https://anow.com/mobile

  • Apex Sketch Visual Update: Refreshed the Apex Sketch logo across our integration settings for a cleaner look.

📋 Order, Client & Search Upgrades

  • Search by "Report Purpose": You can now filter and search your appraisal orders by Report Purpose across your dashboard and search tools, making it much easier to find specific types of jobs (e.g., Refinance, Purchase, Estate).

  • Accurate Client Timestamps: Client profiles now accurately reflect the exact date and time they were last updated, keeping your contact records transparent.

💳 Payments & Billing

  • Credit Card Fee Surcharges (Canada only): Added support for processing credit card surcharges via Stripe, giving you more control over payment collection options.

  • Safari Payment Fix: Resolved an issue where clients using the Apple iOS and Safari browser experienced glitches when trying to open or complete payment links.

👥 Team & Account Management

  • Smoother Team Invites: Upgraded our user invitation process—inviting new appraisers, admins, or staff to join your Anow workspace is now faster and more reliable.

  • Timezone Fix: Improved scheduling accuracy across different time zones for appointment dates.

⚡ Under-the-Hood Performance

  • Faster Notifications: Shifted our background notification system to modern infrastructure, ensuring instant delivery of system alerts and status updates.

  • Stability & Security: Behind-the-scenes server and package updates to keep Anow secure, responsive, and running reliably.

We’ve been busy making Anow faster, cleaner, and easier to use. Here is a breakdown of key features, improvements, and fixes from the last two months.

🛠️ Software & Form Integrations

  • Improved SFREP Export: Refined data export capabilities for SFREP users to make transferring appraisal files faster and more reliable.

  • Appraise-It Fixes: Resolved glitches when importing orders with blank fields or missing data tags in Appraise-It, ensuring accurate form data translation.

📋 Order Tracking & Workflow Enhancements

  • Expanded Private & Admin Notes: Team members now have expanded permissions to add private or administrative notes to appraisal orders for better internal communication.

  • Accurate Activity Logs: Updates to Due Dates and Appointment Dates are now properly logged in order histories for a complete timeline.

  • Cleaner Order Feeds: Filtered out routine "view appraisal" clicks from activity feeds to reduce noise and keep the focus on status changes.

  • Flexible Reviewer Assignments: Easily remove or replace primary reviewers, and ensure reviewer commission roles are properly recognized across all workflows.

  • Streamlined Signup: A fresh look and smoother process for onboarding new users or registering new company accounts.

  • Hassle-Free Plan Updates: Upgrading or modifying Anow subscription plans is now seamless, eliminating session refresh errors.

  • Anow Mobile Upgrades: Under-the-hood fixes, rebranding polish, and performance optimizations for iOS and Android app stability.
