When a homeowner completes a Walkthrough survey, the appraiser assigned to that file in Anow, and any admins, will get an email notifying them of the update. 

Another way to check on completed surveys is by going to the appraisal details page for the order in Anow; you'll see the following by the Contact for Access (homeowner's) details: 

Select the button that says View Results to launch a new tab with the homeowner's survey results.
