Available exclusively on UAD forms, Review gives you an overview of all outstanding errors and fields that require attention.
Click the "Review" button in the upper right corner of the screen to reveal the validation panel.
Next, select which validation rules you want to run to on the report by ensuring the checkboxes are green. By default, all three are selected. When ready, click on "Review Report"
If errors have been found, a window will pop up allowing you to see how many errors were found, and it will present you the option to view them by clicking on "REVIEW AND FIX ISSUES".
A box near the bottom your page will pop up with a list of items. Each item on the list represents a field or checkbox on the form that still needs attention. You'll see the field in question, along with a brief description of what is required to resolve the error.
Selecting an error message from the Validation Review panel will take you to the relevant form page and form field so you can work your way through the list quickly, without having to track down each field on your own.
Please Note: If you click an error message from the list and it takes you to a new page of the form, you'll need to click on the same message again to activate the specific field.
When a field has been filled out properly, it will automatically be removed from the Run Review list, and the total number of errors will go down. To get the list to update, click on the refresh symbol and it will repopulate the updated list. In this example, I fixed the Occupant Option error and then clicked on the refresh button found next to the number of issues. After doing so, you can see the number went down from 58 to 57.
