By default the first Appraiser you assign to an order will be the Primary assignee. If you have additional Appraisers assigned, it's easy to switch the Primary flag to another Appraiser. Follow the example below:
I currently have 2 appraisers assigned to my order, and 1 review lead. Johnny Smith is the Primary appraiser, however I want Brenda Black to be marked as Primary instead.
When I hover over Brenda's name, a button will appear that says Make Primary. Click this to mark Brenda as the Primary user assigned to the order.
There are a few important things to note when it comes to changing the Primary appraiser on an order:
Only Appraisers can be marked as Primary.
Any workflow tasks on this order that were previously assigned to Johnny Smith when he was the Primary, will now be assigned to the new Primary, Brenda Black.
Any fees that were previously assigned to Johnny Smith when he was the Primary, will now be assigned to Brenda Black (new Primary) and show her user commission rates.
