Anow Marketplace Setup

In this article we will discuss the following:

**There is a platform fee (different per lender) per order plus payment processing fees of 2.9% + 30 cents.

Please note that you MUST have valid E&O details in your Anow user profile in order to receive Payouts.

Simple Payouts Overview

Payouts with lenders occur through the "Payouts" functionality in the Integrations tab.

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner of Anow.

  2. Click on 'Account' in the dropdown to access 'Integrations'

  3. Click 'Go to Marketplace'.

  4. You will be redirected to Anow Marketplace. Click 'Connect' to connect to the lender.

  5. Click 'Setup Stripe' to setup payouts for the lender.

  6. Follow the steps on the screen.

  7. You will be paid once the order is completed.

Detailed Payouts Overview

  1. Begin by entering your phone number and email address on the form that appears on your screen (Account > Integrations > Payouts).
    ​

  2. You will get a text message with a verification code to the phone number you entered. Enter the verification code on the screen.
    ​

  3. Next, select your country and type of business.
    ​**Note: Payouts for Appraisal Direct are currently only ​available for users in the United States.
    ​**Note: Use the "Company" business type to enter your EIN.
    ​

  4. Select your business structure based on the business type you just chose.
    ​

  5. Fill out all of the fields that appear on-screen. Some fields may be marked as optional.
    ​**Note: If you don't have a website for your business, you can use "www.anow.com".
    ​

  6. Enter your bank account details so when payouts happen, they will be delivered to your account.
    ​

  7. Submit the details to confirm the setup.

Tips & Other Helpful Information

You must enter a US address and phone number in the Stripe form. PO Boxes are not valid for this feature.

The last 4 digits of your SSN are required for your own protection and security. If Stripe does not have access to that information, anyone could sign up pretending to be you and start requesting payments on your behalf.

The following fields can be updated:

  • Business name

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Date of birth

  • Business tax ID

  • Tax ID registrar

  • Personal ID #

The following fields CAN'T be updated:

  • Business type

  • Verification documents
