See the available payout details for each Lender order in Anow.

Payout details including platform and processing fees are shown for every Appraisal Direct order, making it easy to track at a glance.

You can now see the available payout details for each Appraisal Direct order, right in your Anow account.

  1. Click on an Appraisal Direct order from your main order list in Anow.

  2. Look to the right of the order details page for the "Connect" section.

  3. See "Available payout" details, and hover over the information icon to see the exact platform and processing fees for this order.

**There is a platform fee (different per Lender) per order plus payment processing fees of 2.9% + 30 cents. Anow is a technology provider and NOT an AMC.
