Is there a message you really need to get UWM's attention on? Introducing the "Request UWM Appraisal Direct attention" option in the notes. This will ensure the message that is sent will be flagged as a priority.

When writing your message to UWM, select "Notify UWM Appraisal Direct" and then "Request UWM Appraisal Direct attention". Please note you are unable to use the "Request UWM Appraisal Direct attention" button if "Notify UWM Appraisal Direct" isn't checked first.
