Good question! The following is a break down of all of our current user roles. The creator of your Anow account is automatically assigned as an Admin Appraiser and is flagged as the Owner of the account.

These roles can be changed at anytime by editing a user in the team section and selecting a different role from the dropdown for that person.

ADMIN ROLES

Admin Appraiser

  • Can access and edit all company information in Anow, there are no restrictions on these users.

Admin

  • Can access and edit all company information in Anow.

  • They cannot be assigned as the Appraiser or Reviewer on an order.

  • Will not appear in Appraiser Analytics.

Assistant

  • Can access and edit all company information in Anow except:
    - They cannot add or delete Users.
    - They cannot access any company Analytics, Payroll or Insights information.
    - They cannot be assigned as the Appraiser or Reviewer on any order or appear in Appraiser Analytics.

Data Entry

  • Access to all company files and can edit them as needed with limited access to Fees and Invoices.

  • They cannot be assigned as the Appraiser or Reviewer on any order or appear in Appraiser Analytics.

  • Instead of seeing a users table with their profile listed, they will see a "My Profile" option from the menu.

  • Will not have access to:
    - The Account, Company Settings, Subscriptions, Billing and Add-Ons sections of the menu.
    - Any company Analytics.
    - "Admin Only" notes or file attachments.

Please Note: All of the above administrative style roles (Admin Appraiser, Admin, Assistant, Data Entry) have access to see all Global Updates for the entire company, all Calendar and Map events for the entire company, Grid Calendar views, and all Pending orders.

APPRAISER ROLES

Appraiser

  • Access only to files where they are assigned as the Appraiser or Reviewer, or they are assigned to a task on that order, and can edit them as needed.

  • Only have access to their own Order Analytics, Orders In Progress Analytics, Driving Distance Analytics, and Payroll Invoice (if that permission has been granted).

  • Access only to their own events on the Calendar and the Map.

Appraiser 2

  • Access to all company files and can edit them as needed.

  • Only have access to their own Order Analytics, Orders In Progress Analytics, Driving Distance Analytics, and Payroll Invoice (if that permission has been granted).

  • Access to all company events on the Calendar and Map.

  • Gets Global Updates on every order in Anow.

Appraiser 3

  • Access to all company files but only has read-only access (limited ability to edit order details).

  • Can complete tasks, add notes, upload files, mark the order complete, adjust appointment times, and release the Final Report to clients.

  • Only have access to their own Order Analytics, Orders In Progress Analytics, Driving Distance Analytics, Appraiser Fee details, and Payroll Invoice (if that permission has been granted).

  • Access only to their own events on the Calendar and the Map.

Appraiser 4

  • Access to files where they are assigned as the Appraiser or Reviewer, or they are assigned to a task on that order. They also have access to all company files once they are in a Completed status; they cannot see In Progress, Cancelled and On Hold files that are not assigned to them.

  • Only have access to their own Order Analytics, Orders In Progress Analytics, Driving Distance Analytics, and Payroll Invoice (if that permission has been granted).

  • Access only to their own events on the Calendar and the Map.

Restricted Appraiser

  • Access only to files where they are assigned as the Appraiser or Reviewer, or they are assigned to a task on that order, and have limited permissions to edit these files.

  • Access to their own Payroll Invoice (if that permission has been granted).

  • Access only to their own events on the Calendar and the Map.

  • Instead of seeing a users table with their profile listed, they will see a "My Profile" option from the menu.

Restricted Appraiser 2

  • The exact same permissions as the regular "Restricted Appraiser" role, except Restricted 2 cannot edit their own user profile or adjust Notification Preferences.

Please Note:

1. None of the Appraiser style roles will have access to the Account, Company Settings, Subscriptions, Billing and Add-Ons sections of the menu.

2. All Appraiser roles will see a "My Profile" option from the menu rather than a Users tab with their profile listed.

3. Allowing Appraiser users to access their Payroll Invoice is a permission given on a company-wide basis in your Company Settings.
