If you've added your license to your user information and it's not verifying, the issue may be that the name within Anow is not matching exactly as what is on the license. Let's show you how to make sure it matches up!

First, click your name at the top right and select the 'users' section. Then, select your name.
Now, select the 'basic' tab and 'edit basic information'
Now, make sure that your "FULL NAME" is EXACTLY as what is listed on your appraisers license.
Now, head to the license section and see if it's been verified. If not, simply remove the license and re-add it!
