Are you looking to adjust the amount of orders you receive from UWM, or perhaps adjust that for your appraisers? Let us show you how!
Steps for Administrators :
Click on your name at the top right of the screen, and go to your User's section. Then, select the name of the appraiser you want to make adjustments for.
Steps for Appraisers :
Click on your name at the top right of the screen, and go to 'My Profile'.
Once in the user or my preferences screen, click on "Basic" on the left-hand side. You can then click on "Edit Basic Information" to make the changes to the order capacity and select "Save".
Please note that if you or the appraiser is going on vacation, you can set your capacity to 0 while you are away, and then edit it back once available!
