Anow’s QuickBooks Invoice Export allows you to easily export your invoice data into a format compatible with QuickBooks. This helps streamline your accounting process by reducing manual data entry and ensuring your financial records stay accurate and up to date.

The export includes key invoice details such as invoice number, customer, invoice and due dates, item descriptions, quantities, rates, amounts, tax settings, and service dates.

How to Access the Export

To run a QuickBooks export in Anow:

  1. Click your initials in the top right corner of Anow

  2. Select Users

  3. Click on your name

  4. Navigate to the Integrations tab

  5. Click Start Export under QuickBooks Invoice Export

Running the Export

Once you open the export tool:

  • Select a Start Date and End Date
This defines the range of invoices you want to export

  • Filter by Office (optional)
Choose a specific office if applicable

  • Click Data Lookup to generate your export

  • After the results populate, click Confirm & Export

Note: The export pulls invoices based on the invoice created date, not the order completion date.

What Data is Included

The export will generate a file containing the following fields:

  • Invoice Number

  • Customer Name

  • Invoice Date

  • Due Date

  • Memo

  • Product/Service (e.g., Appraisal Report Fee)

  • Item Description

  • Quantity

  • Rate

  • Amount

  • Taxable Status

  • Tax Rate

  • Service Date

Tips

  • Ensure your date range aligns with when invoices were created, especially for month-end reporting

  • If invoices are created after the work is completed, they will appear based on the creation date, not the service date
