If you type more characters than a field allows, a new window will appear letting you create a brand new addendum.

When working in a report in Reports Now™, you'll now get notified when you reach the maximum amount of characters possible for a particular field.

When the max. character limit has been reached, the Text Overflow window will automatically appear allowing you to easily create a new Addendum page with the rest of the information.
