Login to your online portal and click the green + New Request button in the upper right corner:
Begin by entering the address for the property you're requesting:
You will have the opportunity to enter more relevant details regarding this request including:
Addressed To client name
Borrower client name
Property access details
Property & Report Type
FHA & Loan #
Purchase Price
Attachments
Continue filling out the order fields accordingly, then submit the request for acceptance. That's all there is to it!
