Begin by going to the Insights section of Anow:

On the Insights page select "Custom Reports" then the green "Create New Report" button:

Now you can start building your custom report.

Pick the type of report you want. In this case, select the Detailed option. You will also want to choose how the data in your report is presented. For this example we will leave the custom report defaults and not change anything.

Next, pick the data you want to include in your report. This is totally up to you based on what information you want to see. The only required fields for a list of your clients in Anow are:

  • Ordered By > Name

  • Addressed To > Name

Last but not least, set your filters. This is an extra step you can take to ensure you get the most accurate information possible. For this example I have set both Ordered By Name and Addressed To Name to is known.

You can now run & export your CSV to see a list of all Addressed To and Ordered By Clients that you've used in Anow. You will need to sort and clean up the list so that there aren't any duplicates, but this is a great starting point.
