See all additional/secondary assignees on an order in the Anow Calendar!

This feature is available exclusively as a part of the Anow Accelerate and Anow Grow subscriptions. Only users that are signed up for either of these plans will have access.

Please note that whether or not you'll be able to see Calendar events for other users in your company will depend on your User Role permissions.

For example, the regular Appraiser role and the Restricted Appraiser role will only see events assigned to themselves since they have limited permissions/access in Anow. On the other hand, Admins and Appraiser 2 roles, for example, can see all company events on the Calendar.


Examples

I am an Admin-Appraiser in Anow. There are 4 users assigned to my current order; 2 Appraisers, 1 Review Lead and 1 Trainee. The appointment date is set to January 13th at 9:00am.

Normally, I would only see this appointment appear one time on the Anow Calendar, assigned to the Primary user on the order (Johnny Smith in this case). But with this new tool, as an Admin I can see this event 4 times, once for reach assignee.

If you're using the Month Calendar view:

  • Step 1: Assign users to an order, and set the appointment and/or due date.

  • Step 2: Go to the Calendar and choose the "Filter" tab (under the mini calendar towards the right), then choose either the "By User" or "By Type" grouping.

  • Step 3: See the event listed multiple times on the Calendar, one for each assigned user.

Anow Pro Tip: When you click an event to reveal the details panel, you will see each user that is currently assigned to the order, regardless of their Assignment Role.

If you're using any of the other Calendar views (Week, Day, List, etc.):

  • Step 1: Assign users to an order, and set the appointment and/or due date.

  • Step 2: Go to the Calendar pick the view you want to use.

  • Step 3: See the event listed multiple times on the Calendar, one for each assigned user.
